Our kitchen is fully stocked w/new stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, undercounter LED lighting, & granite counter tops. New large capacity stacked washer & dryer in private room off of the hallway. Upgraded ceiling fans in all rooms w/remotes. Custom blackout drapes. Outdoor patio waiting for you to sit & have dinner or a glass of wine at the table, double chaise lounge or new cozy dual recliners w/trays. Watch for dolphins, manatees, stingray or see one of the many Weddings directly in front of our unit on the sand. This condo INCLUDES one of only a few (in high demand) deeded private parking spaces in the gated owners garage. Storage cabinets in garage space for beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Our indoor heated pool connects to the outdoor pool w/two hot tubs. There's a newly equiped fitness center. The gift shop downstairs is absolutely amazing, having everything you can imagine at good prices. Cross the two lane street for lunch, dinner or to join a bonfire at the Wales Tail where you have to try the Groupor or Rueben sandwish. Majestic Sun is part of Seascape Resorts which has an 18 hole gulf course. Our condo is one of few (deeded in high demand) an underground private parking spot. A parking pass will be issued to you upon your arrival (in the condo) as we're in a secure gated resort area. Schedule your Golfing Tee time by contacting The Golf Pro Shop. Wristbands that you'll find in the condo are required for pool & fitness center. You can be on the beach in minutes, it's just 50-60 feet from the front door of Majestic Sun, As I write this I want to be there now. I can promise you will too. We're not near but can always be contacted should you need assistance of any kind. Association rules do not allow us to rent to anyone under the age of 25 & proof of age is required.
